Order requests and questions

Sauna Door USA is operated by ZAPARA Saunas Inc. When you submit a request, we use the contact details, delivery information, selected products and message you provide to respond, prepare a quote and arrange your order. Requests are sent to our ZAPARA customer relationship management system. This website does not collect online payments or credit card details.

Your cart and saved request

We use browser storage to keep your cart, save checkout details in your current session and safely retry a request without creating a duplicate. A request reference and confirmation may remain in your browser so you can see that your request was received. These features work independently of optional analytics. Clearing website storage removes saved information from that browser.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, viewed products, cart activity, checkout starts and successfully received requests. Analytics may use cookies and device or browser information to measure usage and traffic sources. We send product identifiers and selected options, but do not include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, message or CRM request reference in analytics events.

We do not load the Google Analytics tag until you accept analytics. You can decline and still browse, use the configurators, add products to your cart and submit a request. Advertising storage and advertising personalization remain disabled in this integration.

Optional Meta marketing cookies

If you separately accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API help measure advertising and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. It records page visits, product views, cart additions, checkout starts, successful requests and clicks on our contact links. Product events can include product identifiers, options, quantities and product totals in USD. A request is recorded as a lead; it is not a paid purchase.

Meta may use cookies, device and browser information, the page URL and referral information to connect these events with your Meta account for advertising and measurement. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery details, request messages or CRM references as Pixel event data, and automatic advanced matching is disabled. We retain validated advertising parameters and remove unrelated URL parameters before loading the Pixel; if a referral URL cannot be used safely, the Pixel stays blocked on that page. For a successfully received request, our server can send a Lead event to Meta when marketing consent was explicitly granted at submission. This uses a separate event identifier to avoid counting the browser and server copies twice, a page address without query parameters, available Meta advertising cookie identifiers, and connection information such as your IP address and browser user agent. We do not copy your name, email, phone number, address or message into this event, and do not send hashed contact details. The server does not send purchase events or treat a request as a payment.

Accepting analytics does not automatically accept marketing cookies. You can choose either category independently. Existing analytics choices remain in effect until changed, and newly introduced marketing cookies require a separate choice.

Change your privacy choices

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept or decline analytics and marketing independently. Declining stops future events for that category from this site. For marketing, we also try to cancel request events still waiting to be sent by our server. Your browser retains only opaque event references for up to 48 hours to retry a cancellation if the connection fails. Events already sent or being transmitted cannot be recalled, and changing your choice does not remove information already processed by Google or Meta. Your choice applies to this browser. Browser privacy tools and ad blockers can also limit analytics.
