CHOOSING THE DETAILS
Start with the wood. Choose the right finish.
Identify the wood species, surface and any existing coating before choosing an oil. Some sauna surfaces are intended to remain untreated. Check your sauna maker’s care recommendations, especially for benches and other surfaces that contact skin.
MELDOS 264 is intended for compatible solid softwoods such as cedar, pine and fir. Its clear to slightly honey-toned finish enhances the grain. Test the oil on a small prepared area before treating the entire surface.
ALIS 580 is an exterior wood oil available in 23 colors and four container sizes. Clear 002 provides no UV protection, and Natural 004 provides limited UV protection. Choose a finish suited to your outdoor sauna's wood and exposure.
Choose your container size and add it to cart to request an order. No payment is collected online. We confirm product availability, U.S. delivery and applicable taxes before sending an invoice.
